Focus on What
You Have
TODAY’S SCRIPTURE
“Here is what I have seen: It is good and fitting for one to eat and drink, and to enjoy the good of all his labor in which he toils under the sun all the days of his life which God gives him; for it is his heritage”
(Ecclesiastes 5:18, NKJV)
TODAY’S WORD from Joel and Victoria
The scripture talks about how God has given us the power to enjoy what is allotted and appointed to us. That simply means that I don’t have the power to enjoy your life. You may have more success, more money, more friends or a better job, but if you put me in your life, I’m not going to enjoy it. We are uniquely designed to run our own race.
When we truly understand and embrace this, we won’t be tempted to compare or wish we had what someone else has. You won’t think, “If only I had their talent...” No, if God wanted you to have that talent, He would have given it to you. Instead, take what you have and develop it. Make the most of it. Don’t think, “If only I had her looks...” No, God gave you your looks. That’s not an accident. The life you have has been perfectly matched for you.
Now, you’ve got to do your part and get excited about your life. Be excited about who you are — your looks, your talent, your ability, your personality. When you’re passionate about who you are, it brings honor to God. That’s when God will breathe in your direction and the seeds of greatness in you will take root and begin to flourish!
A PRAYER FOR TODAY
Father, I thank You for giving me the gifts, talents and abilities to enjoy life and accomplish Your will. Today I choose to put my trust and hope in You knowing that You have equipped me for the destiny You have for me in Jesus’ name. Amen.

The Right Amount

Can someone give me a map on how to live life? They say, you can live a worth living life when you read the Holy Bible or when you meditate always or when you devote urself in ur craft. As for me I live to love, and to discover the beauty of life in the context of L O V E. All my life, I have decided to live with love; LOVE for people (both close and not so close) & love for God. I always believe, that it was the noblest way of life. Crap! I forgot to love myself. (saaaadest)

I realize that in the process of loving, I lose track: I forgot to love myself (dear self, I’m sorry for forgetting you for so long and for sometime). This realization brought me to another realization that, I could not love others in a RIGHT way because I failed to love myself, aww I’m sorry, I still love myself but not in the RIGHT amount of self love.

ILLUSION

I always thought that I’m the most loving person on planet earth (in my world, at least). So come into my world now! HA HA kidding! WELL, I have many good reasons in calling myself so, to name some:  I’m slow to judge, forgiving, considerate, generous(sometimes), understanding and very sweet(to my family and some chosen people) plus I cracked jokes that so so fun eh. [Yes, ganun ako magmahal].

On the other hand, I have one good reason why I love in a not so healthy way: I FORGOT TO LOVE MYSELF (paulit-ulit tee!).

HAHAHA

Seriously, to make the matter short, since I failed to love myself, I failed to love others wholeheartedly. Because I’m not that loving enough to love myself, I cannot give the right amount of love. I believe on thE saying that: You cannot give what you don’t have. Or should I say that I revised that saying by saying that , “I can only give a little because I have little. Therefore, I can still give”.
This I promise: I’m going to give myself the right amount of love so that I can love the people I love on the right way.
Confusing me! *_*
The truth is, I hurt someone. I love in a not so healthy way. It was never been the other persons fault; it was my fault, so sad.  But sad no more! Today, I assess myself and I end up humbled. I, have so much to learn in this journey.
I do not condemn myself for loving the way I love and for living the way I live. In every season, I will be patient on myself and to others. I’m going to love big time and I’m going to live big time!
To whom I hurt, I’m sorry dude! I love you <3 aww! (sweet) haha
To be honest, I believe that the God of love gives me all the reason in the world to love season by season. In this season, I have found a new face of love: Love the right way.
NEW PERSPECTIVE. I’m learning, a lot..’

Thank you
Praise God!

I is growing, BIG TIME . LEARNING <3
